Terms & Conditions for Creditinsta Refer & Earn Program

Referrer Eligibility: Agents who refer others to Creditinsta are eligible to receive a referral amount when the referee's loan or insurance application is successfully approved by the respective bank or insurance provider.

Referral Reward: The referral amount received by the referrer varies depending on the percentage set by the bank or insurance provider. This amount is contingent upon the successful close of the referred individual's loan or insurance application.

Referral Process: Referrers must share their unique referral link or code with potential customers to join Creditinsta. Upon successful close of the loan or insurance application, the referrer becomes eligible to receive the referral amount.

Referral close: Referral amounts are only disbursed when the referred individual's loan or insurance application is passed by the respective bank or insurance provider. No referral amounts will be issued if the application is rejected.

Referral Program Terms:

◦ Referral amounts are subject to change based on the percentage set by the bank or insurance provider.

◦ Referral amounts are only credited upon successful close of the loan or insurance application.

◦ Referrers must comply with all terms and conditions of the Referral program to be eligible for the referral amount.

Disbursement Process: The referral amount will be disbursed to the referrer's account or as per the preferred mode of payment specified by the referrer.

Legal terms

If the referral of the agent are charging any extra amount Excluding processing charges of the bank or processing charges of insurance in that case company will not be liable for that amount which is given to agent by the client.
